WORK WITH ME

There comes a moment when something within us quietly says:

It is time.

Time to look differently at what is no longer working.

Time to loosen our hold on what we may have outgrown.

Time to listen to the desires that have been waiting beneath the responsibilities, expectations and noise of everyday life.

Sometimes we arrive at that moment because life has changed around us.

Sometimes because we have changed within it.

And sometimes nothing dramatic has happened at all. We simply recognize that the life we are living no longer feels large enough for the life stirring inside us.

We may not yet know what comes next.

We only know we are ready for something to move.

That is where our work begins.

Creating Space for Change

Transformation rarely begins with all the answers.

It begins with willingness.

The willingness to look honestly at where we are.

To become curious about what brought us here.

To recognize what still serves us—and what we are ready to release.

And then to begin imagining something different.

Together, we can explore:

What is asking to change?

What would you like to understand, heal or elevate?

What are you ready to leave behind?

What have you been afraid—or perhaps simply too busy—to desire?

And:

If something truly shifted, what might become possible?

This isn't about creating someone else's idea of a better life.

It is about clearing enough of what has accumulated around you to begin recognizing the life that feels true to you now.

A Space to Move

I think of our work together much like entering a beautiful studio.

We don't enter a studio simply to stand where we are.

We enter because we are ready to move.

There is room here to breathe, explore, stretch beyond familiar edges and discover a different way of moving through something that may have felt immovable.

My role is not to choreograph your life.

It is to create and hold a grounded, elevated space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin opening pathways toward meaningful change.

Sometimes that begins through conversation.

Sometimes through energetic work.

Often, it is a synergy of both.

Over many years, I have studied and practiced different approaches to healing, intuition, energy and transformation. Rather than separating those experiences into individual boxes, I allow them to work together—drawing upon what feels appropriate for the person and the moment in front of me.

My training includes Biofield Healing, Qigong Healing, Medical Intuitive work, Crystal Bowl Healing, Transformational Breathing, intuitive coaching, and many other supportive modalities.

You don't need to understand these modalities before we begin.

Think of them simply as different instruments available to us.

The modality is never the destination.

You are.

Wherever You Are, We Enter the Space Together

For many people, there is an understandable question about distance work:

Will I receive the same depth of experience if we aren't physically in the same room?

For decades, I have heard variations of that question.

We naturally associate presence with proximity. We travel to workshops, retreats and seminars because there can be something extraordinary about entering a room where attention, intention and energy are being created together.

I believe deeply in the power of that shared space.

I simply don't believe it always requires shared geography.

Many of the energetic modalities I have studied and practiced are specifically designed for distance healing. Rather than trying to recreate an in-person session through a computer screen, we intentionally create a shared environment in which the work can unfold wherever you happen to be.

That is one reason I have created the different sanctuaries you will discover throughout this website.

They aren't simply beautiful backgrounds.

They are places we can enter together.

Perhaps we meet in the studio.

Another conversation may find us sitting beside the water.

We may enter the garden, settle into the glass sanctuary, or imagine ourselves somewhere entirely new.

You may actually be at home—in your favorite chair, beside your pool, tucked beneath a blanket, or anywhere you feel peaceful and undisturbed.

And from there, we enter the space together.

We can notice the light.

Feel the imagined breeze.

Hear the birds beyond the garden.

Sense the openness of the water.

Allow the surroundings to become familiar enough that the mind begins to quiet and something deeper can come forward.

We both know where we are meeting.

We bring our attention and intention into the same container.

And something that began as an image becomes a place of connection.

Energy Without Borders

I sometimes think of energetic work as having a Tesla-like quality.

Not because we need to explain or prove every invisible thing before we can experience it, but because so much of what moves through our world is powerful without being visible to the eye.

The energetic modalities I use can work together synergistically, supporting shifts in vibration and frequency, energetic clearing, greater awareness and an environment in which meaningful change can become more available.

Distance isn't a diminished version of the work.

In many ways, it gives the work greater freedom.

Freedom from geography.

Freedom from airports, hotels and days away from home.

Freedom from waiting for the rare moment when life gives us permission to disappear for a week before we finally address something that has been calling for our attention.

And perhaps most importantly, it allows the work to happen inside your actual life.

You can explore something with me today and wake tomorrow in the same home, relationships, work and circumstances in which that new understanding needs to live.

We can return to the conversation.

Notice what has shifted.

Build upon it.

Integrate it.

And continue.

Transformation doesn't have to remain an extraordinary experience we travel somewhere to find.

It can become something we learn to create, integrate and live—right where we are.

Your Blueprint

Change becomes meaningful when it belongs to you.

I am not interested in handing you my blueprint for living and asking you to follow it.

Your life has its own history.

Its own rhythm.

Its own desires.

Its own wisdom.

Our work is about helping you uncover your own blueprint—and recognizing where the life you are living may no longer reflect the person you have become or the life that is now calling you forward.

Sometimes we discover that we have simply outgrown something that once fit us beautifully.

Sometimes we recognize that we have been living within expectations, beliefs or choices that were never entirely our own.

Sometimes it means releasing something we have carried for far too long.

Sometimes seeing a relationship, transition or situation from an entirely different perspective.

And sometimes it means recovering a dream or desire that became quiet while we were busy taking care of everything else.

This is where possibility becomes more than an idea.

We begin asking:

What still belongs in the life I am creating?

What am I ready to leave behind?

And then:

What might the first step toward something new look like?

The Life That Was Given to You

Many of us have built our lives around devotion.

We care for the people we love.

We raise families.

We build careers and businesses.

We serve our communities, our country, a cause, a calling, or something we believe can make the world a little better.

There is honor in that.

There is courage in it.

There is love in it.

And yet, somewhere beneath all those beautiful responsibilities, it can be surprisingly easy to forget one essential truth:

Your life was also given to you.

Not simply as something to spend in service of everyone and everything around you.

But as a beautiful, mysterious and miraculous gift that you, too, were meant to experience.

I know how easy it is to forget this.

I have done it myself.

We can become so devoted to creating a good life, protecting the people we love and fulfilling the responsibilities we have chosen that, little by little, we give ourselves away.

Our energy.

Our time.

Our dreams.

Our curiosity.

Sometimes even the parts of ourselves that once made us feel most alive.

We tell ourselves there will be time later.

When the children are older.

When the work is finished.

When someone else no longer needs us.

When life finally becomes less complicated.

But life itself is happening while we wait.

And perhaps caring for ourselves isn't separate from everything we have come here to give.

Perhaps it is the foundation beneath it.

You are the source from which so much of your life is created.

When that source is continually depleted, eventually there is less available for everything—including the people and purposes you care about most.

So this isn't an invitation to abandon responsibility.

It is an invitation to include yourself within the circle of your own care.

To remember what restores you.

What delights you.

What makes you curious.

What you still want to experience.

What your heart has quietly continued asking for while you were busy answering everyone else's questions.

We are often reminded to put on our own oxygen mask first.

Perhaps there is an even more beautiful way to understand that:

The life within you is part of what you have been entrusted to protect.

Nurture it.

Honor it.

Let it grow.

And then bring that fuller, more alive version of yourself back into everything and everyone you love.

Because the goal isn't to give less of ourselves to the world.

It is to stop disappearing from the life we are giving.

Becoming a Conscious Co-Creator

I believe meaningful transformation is a partnership.

I bring my experience, training, intuition, energetic work, presence and commitment.

You bring something no practitioner can ever bring for you:

Your willingness to participate in creating what comes next.

There may be discoveries to sit with.

Choices to make.

Patterns to challenge.

Things to release.

And new ways of being that initially feel unfamiliar simply because they are new.

This isn't about becoming perfect.

It is about becoming increasingly aligned with what you know in your heart and how you choose to live.

More love.

More integrity.

More joy.

More freedom.

More of you present in your own life.

Perhaps It Is Time

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to happen.

You may have a very specific situation you are ready to change.

Or you may simply recognize the feeling:

I don't want to stay here anymore.

That knowing matters.

Because sometimes the beginning of transformation isn't having the answer.

It is finally becoming willing to ask a different question:

What would I choose if I truly believed something different were possible?

Perhaps that is where we begin.

BEGIN THE CONVERSATION

Ways to Work With Me

Focused Shift Session — $400
75 minutes

A focused session for one specific concern, habit, decision, transition, or area of stagnant energy. We begin with approximately 10 minutes to orient ourselves to what you would like to explore, move into about an hour of focused work, and leave a few minutes at the end to integrate and close.

The Compass Session — 45 minutes
Valued at $250 and included with longer partnerships

Before we begin a longer journey together, we meet to establish a shared sense of direction. We’ll explore what is happening in your life now, what you most want to shift or understand, and one or two larger intentions you would like our work to support. These intentions are not rigid goals. They simply give us a compass while allowing each session to unfold according to what is most alive and useful in the moment.

4-Month Partnership — $6,000
16 one-hour sessions
Four monthly payments of $1,500

8-Month Partnership — $11,000
32 one-hour sessions
Eight monthly payments of $1,375

Longer partnerships are not simply more sessions at a discounted rate. As our work deepens, each session builds upon what has already emerged, allowing us to work with greater continuity, nuance, and depth.

Monthly payments are installments toward the full program fee rather than pay-per-session arrangements. Because these partnerships require a meaningful commitment of time and attention, enrollment is intentionally limited and start dates are arranged individually.

Now accepting a limited number of new clients for sessions beginning October 1, 2026.

Not sure where to begin?
We can begin with a conversation and decide together which option feels most appropriate for where you are now.
