REFLECTIONS

Sometimes another person's story helps us remember one of our own.
Over the years, I have learned to pay attention to the moments that stay with me.

Something I witnessed.
A kindness given or received.
An unexpected encounter.
A choice I made without fully understanding why.
A coincidence that didn't feel entirely coincidental.
Or an experience whose meaning I didn't recognize until years later.

These are my reflections—not as lessons or answers, but as stories of what happened, what I experienced, and what I eventually noticed.

I share them because stories have a wonderful way of awakening other stories.
You may read one of mine and suddenly remember something from your own life that you haven't thought about in years.
Your experience may look nothing like mine, yet somehow lead you to the same understanding.
Or perhaps you will simply begin noticing the small moments in your own days a little differently.

That is the invitation here.
Not to find yourself in my story.
But to allow my story to become a window through which you might look again at your own.

What have you experienced?
What did you notice?
And what might you see differently now?
